As a PT, I’m not just here to count reps and make you sweat!

I will listen to your personal requirements during the initial consultation and build a bespoke exercise and nutrition plan based on your goals, body composition and lifestyle. I offer regular check ins to monitor progress and get your feedback to ensure we are continuously on the right track towards your goals.

I will teach you safe and effective exercise technique and correct your form to help improve your posture, range of movement and mobility, and prevent injury, which will contribute in helping achieve your long-term health and fitness goals.

Appropriate training methods tailored to your goals, ability and previous experience. Using knowledge from my studies into exercise and nutrition research, as well as my experience of working with a broad range of clients (from weight loss and muscle building, to mobility and health-related goals), I implement tried and tested training methods to ensure you’re getting the most out of your training and achieving the best possible results.

Support, motivate and monitor your progress. It’s my passion to support and challenge you to become the best version of yourself, whilst also creating a plan which fits in with your own lifestyle and current commitments. There’s no point in setting you up to fail on a programme which may not be realistically achievable, it’s important to have a plan tailored to your personal goals and requirements which over time we can monitor and adapt based on your progress and feedback.

Lifestyle approach to achieving your goals. There are multiple factors contributing to overall health, fitness and happiness and it’s my job to dispel diet and exercise myths and help you overcome barriers which may have stopped you in the past. Many people think that to be fit or to lose weight requires endless hours on the treadmill and/or starving yourself for days, when in fact there are so many other ways to be healthy, achieve your goals and feel great. We will work together to find exercises you enjoy and foods that you like, as well as finding a routine that suits you and your lifestyle, which still meet your individual calorie targets and training goals.

All packages includes:

I operate on a monthly contract basis. All sessions must be paid for in advance and require a standing order to be set up on the 1st of the month and an upfront payment must be paid for any remaining sessions this month. Please see my contract for full terms and conditions.
